Spicy Tomato Salsa

  Canned tomatoes and green chilies 14 1⁄2 Ounce, chill (1 Can, Ro-Tel)
  Canned whole peeled tomatoes with juice 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned chopped jalapeno peppers 1 Tablespoon (Not Pickled)
  Diced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or More To Taste)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)

Place jalapenos and onions in processor (or blender); process for just a few seconds. Add both cans of tomatoes, salt, sugar and cumin. Process all ingredients until well blended, but do not puree. Place in covered container and chill. A couple of hours of chilling will help the flavors to develop. Serve with your favorite thin corn tortilla chips. Store in a glass jar and refrigerate it stays good for a while.
