Ingredients
  Yellow onions 3 , chopped
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Corn oil 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Cooked fava beans/Cooked kidney beans 750 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Tomato puree 875 Milliliter (3 1/2 Cups)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), minced
  Chili powder 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Cumin powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seed 1 Teaspoon
  Tamari 1 Teaspoon
  Blackstrap molasses 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a large pot and heat oil in it.
2.Add onions and peppers to it and stir well.
3.Add a few drops of water if onion sticks to the base.
4.Put beans, tomato puree, garlic, chili powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds, tamari, molasses, basil, oregano, marjoram and thyme in the pot and stir well until a boil comes.
5.Once done, lower the flame and let the ingredients cook for 30- 45 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve hot with whole wheat bread, corn bread or fill in taco.
