Salsa Fresca goes very well with wrapped tortillas and many other Mexican recipes. The beauty of salsa fresca is its fresh ingredients. All the ingredients used are fresh and chopped just before making the dish. You can make this few hours in advance before you wish to serve.
Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Jalapeno peppers 2 , chopped
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Red onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lemon)
Directions

1. Mince garlic, salt, jalapeno peppers together.
2. Add tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, red onions.
3. Mix it well and add pepper and olive oil.
4. Squeeze lemon juice and mix it again. Serve.
