Salsa verde is a green tomatillo salsa. It goes along with a lot of dishes including meats and fish, tortilla chips, tacos etc. This condiment has many variations to it like the French, Italian, German, and Argentinian. All the versions are good in their own way. The Mexican salsa verde is a very common dip served warm or cold.
Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 2 , roasted
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Jalapeno 2 , grilled
  Tomatillos 3 , grilled
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Blend roasted garlic, cumin, jalapenos and tomatillos.
2. Add salt, pepper, cilantro, green onions, and vinegar. Blend again.
