Ingredients
For meat sauce
  Frijoles refritos 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 3 Dash
  Scallions 3 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Corn tortillas 6 , fried crisp and left flat
  Monterey jack cheese 6 Ounce, cut into strips
For salad
  Avocado 1 Medium, sliced into thin strips
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salsa verde 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1 Prepare meat sauce and keep warm. Combine the beans with hot-pepper sauce and the chopped scallions. Add salt to taste.
2 Place a crisp-fried tortilla on each of 6 pottery plates. Spread some bean mixture on each and top with strips of Jack cheese, evenly dividing each ingredient. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3 Top the bean mixture with the meat sauce and heat for 30 minutes.
