Mexican Rarebit

Ingredients
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded sharp process american cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Canned whole kernel corn 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Well beaten egg 1
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Toast points 1 Dozen
Directions

In skillet cook green pepper in butter till tender. (Electric skillet 300°.)
Add tomatoes and cheese; stir till cheese melts.
Combine corn and egg; add to tomato mixture.
Add crumbs, chili powder, and dash salt.
Heat through, stirring constantly.
Serve piping hot cheese mixture on toast points.
