Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut up and skin removed
  Salt free seasoning blend 3 Tablespoon (Extra Spicy With 14 Herbs And Spices)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime 1 , cut into wedges
  Jalapeno peppers 3
  Sassy salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Arrange the chicken, bone-side up, in a shallow microwave-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the extra spicy seasoning blend. Loosely cover the chicken with wax paper.
2. Microwave on Full Power for 8 minutes. Turn each piece of chicken over; drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the remaining extra spicy seasoning blend. Rotate the dish one-quarter turn. Re-cover.
3. Microwave on Full Power for 4 to 6 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Garnish with the lime and fresh jalapeno peppers, if you wish.
