Cheese and Bean Quesadillas
|Cooked black beans/Cooked / canned black-eyed beans||5 Ounce, or canned, drained (155 Gram)|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Grated mature cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (Or Tasty Cheese, 60 Gram)|
|Hot chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Flour tortillas||12 , warmed|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
1. Place beans, mozzarella cheese, tasty cheese (mature Cheddar) and chilli sauce in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture on one-half of each tortilla. Brush edges with egg white and fold to enclose filling. Press edges together firmly to seal.
3. Brush quesadillas with a little oil and cook in a preheated dry frying pan over a medium heat for 2 minutes each side or until puffed and golden.
