Cheese And Bean Quesadillas

Ingredients
  Cooked black beans/Cooked / canned black-eyed beans 5 Ounce, or canned, drained (155 Gram)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Grated mature cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (Or Tasty Cheese, 60 Gram)
  Hot chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Flour tortillas 12 , warmed
  Egg white 1
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place beans, mozzarella cheese, tasty cheese (mature Cheddar) and chilli sauce in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture on one-half of each tortilla. Brush edges with egg white and fold to enclose filling. Press edges together firmly to seal.
3. Brush quesadillas with a little oil and cook in a preheated dry frying pan over a medium heat for 2 minutes each side or until puffed and golden.
