Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Large, peeled
  Bermuda onion/Sweet purple spanish onion/ 2 scallions 1 Medium
  Green chiles/4 ounces canned chopped green chiles 4
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Chop the vegetables very fine.
2 Stir in the salt and cilantro, allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
