Classic Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
For base
  Dry yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Warm water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For topping
  Boiled and slightly mashed spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiled dry french beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiled halved mushroom 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Thick curd 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Grated onions 1 Tablespoon
  Green chili paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Take warm water in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle sugar and yeast over it and keep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Add both the flours, oil and salt to the water and knead to a soft dough with hands.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour and roll it out into 30 cm round base.
Put base in a baking dish and prick with fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove pizza base from the baking dish and cool.
Mix together curd, garlic, ginger chilli paste, grated onions, salt, mustard powder and pepper.
Smear butter on the pizza base.
Pour the curd paste over it.
Spread layers of mashed spinach, beans and halved mushrooms.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
