Naturally Good Treats
|Unsalted natural style peanut butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Reduced-calorie margarine||3 Tablespoon|
|Instant nonfat dry milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsalted sunflower nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seed||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cornflake crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped dried apricots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine peanut butter, honey and margarine.
Microwave at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot and mixture can be stirred smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except coconut.
Shape into 30 balls, about 1 1/4 inches.
Roll each treat in coconut.
Chill for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
