Mexican Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
  Chickpeas 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked / Canned, Drained)
  Canned green chili 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Pimiento 1 , chopped
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion with tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients.
Add oil and vinegar and toss lightly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve on greens.
