Mexican Chick Pea Salad

|Chickpeas||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked / Canned, Drained)|
|Canned green chili||1 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, chopped|
|Pimiento||1 , chopped|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion with tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix first 7 ingredients.
Add oil and vinegar and toss lightly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve on greens.
Cook Time:20 Minutes
