|Colby cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded|
|Monterey jack cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded|
|Cilantro||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Lauri Salsa De Cilantro / Low Carb Salsa)|
1. Place steaks in utility dish; pierce with fork. Sprinkle both sides of steaks with lime juice, rubbing into surface. Cover and refrigerate while preparing coals.
2. Place steaks on grill over medium coals. Grill steaks 7 to 9 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
3. Trim excess fat from steaks; carve steaks into slices.
4. Toss meat with cheese. Serve with salsa.
