Mexican Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Oranges 6 , peeled and all white pith removed, sliced crosswise
  Red onions 2 , sliced
  Toasted almonds 3 Ounce, chopped (90 Grams)
  Fresh red chilies 2 Medium, chopped
  Fresh coriander 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm) (Cilantro)
  Fresh mint leaves 4 Tablespoon
  Spinach 4 Ounce, leaves shredded (1/4 Bunch / 125 Grams)
Directions

Place oranges, onions, almonds, chillies, coriander (cilanto) leaves and mint in a bowl, toss to combine and stand for 30 minutes.
Line a serving platter with spinach then pile salad on top.
