Salsa Cruda de Tomatillo

The Natural Princess sharpens her chopping skills as she prepares a spicy tomatillo salsa.
For the salsa
  Tomatillos 1 Pound, chopped (Husk removed and rinsed)
  Yellow onion 1 Small, finely dice
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped finely
  Jalapeno 1 Medium, chopped finely
  Fresh cilantro leaves 3 Tablespoon, chopped finely
For the dressing
  Juice of lemon 1⁄2 Medium
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Medium
For the seasoning
  Salt To Taste

1. In a large mixing bowl add chopped tomatillos, finely diced yellow onion, garlic, jalapeno and freshly chopped cilantro leaves.
2. Add the dressing of juice squeezed out of 1/2 a lemon and 1/2 a lime. Season with some salt and combine well using a spoon.

3. Serve the salsa with chips or on taco over some beans or meat.
