Quick Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
  Chopped beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onions 3 Small, sliced
  Tomatoes 2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs) (One 1-Pound, 3-Ounce Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Canned red kidney beans 2 Pound (4 Cups)
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large skillet and fry slowly for about 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
Serve with crackers and shredded lettuce.
