Salsa De Cilantro

Ingredients
  Scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Tomato 4 , chopped
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix oil, vinegar, lemon and garlic.
Chop tomato, scallion and cilantro.
Pour dressing over veggies and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving so that the flavors can meld.
