Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, seeded chopped
  Pepper 1 Small, seeded chopped (green / yellow variety)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Savory seasonings garden blend 2 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , minced
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until well mixed.
Store in a sealed glass jar up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
