Tortilla Beef Dinner

Ingredients
  6 inch corn tortillas 6
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground beef mix 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut tortillas into thin strips.
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.
Cook and stir tortilla strips in oil until crisp.
Remove from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels and reserve.
Mix Freezer Ground Beef Mix, tomatoes and oregano in same skillet.
Cook and stir until beef is hot, about 10 minutes.
Top with tortilla strips; sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and heat just until cheese is melted.
