Frozen Margarita Pie
|Pretzels||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), crushed|
|Reduced calorie margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt||6 Cup (96 tbs), softened|
|Tequila||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen limeade concentrate||3 Tablespoon, thawed and undiluted|
|Lime rind||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pieplate. Freeze crust 1 hour.
2. Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well. Spoon yogurt mixture into prepared crust. Cover and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing.
