250 Gram, chopped into chunks (Different color sweet peppers of yours choice may be used)
2 Medium, chopped into chunks
Fresh lime juice
1. In a food processor, add the mangoes, onions, pineapple, garlic, ginger, fresh cilantro, tomatoes, sweet peppers and jalapenos.
2. Add cumin powder, salt and a little fresh lime juice.
3. Run the processor till you get a coarsely processed chunky mixture of salsa.
4. Serve the salsa with corn chips.
The vegetables can also be finely chopped and served as a salsa (without the use of a food processor).
