Mango Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  Mango 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into chunks
  Red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into chunks
  Pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into chunks
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Fresh cilantro 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped coarsely
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped into chunks
  Sweet peppers 250 Gram, chopped into chunks (Different color sweet peppers of yours choice may be used)
  Jalapenos 2 Medium, chopped into chunks
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lime juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, add the mangoes, onions, pineapple, garlic, ginger, fresh cilantro, tomatoes, sweet peppers and jalapenos.
2. Add cumin powder, salt and a little fresh lime juice.
3. Run the processor till you get a coarsely processed chunky mixture of salsa.

SERVING
4. Serve the salsa with corn chips.

TIPS
The vegetables can also be finely chopped and served as a salsa (without the use of a food processor).
