Beef Mexican

Ingredients
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Butter/Oil 40 Gram (2 Tablespoon)
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Tomatoes 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Tomato sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  White wine 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Raw rice 60 Gram (0.25 Cup)
  Peas/Sliced beans 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Corn 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Canned Or Frozen)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Saute the onion and garlic in butter and when soft add the ground beef. When the beef is brown add chilli powder, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, wine, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Stir in the rice and vegetables, bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
