Home Made Salsa

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Large, chargrilled, roughly chopped
  Serrano chilli pepper 6 , chargrilled, roughly chopped
  Sweet onion 1 Medium, roughly chopped
  Packed cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roughly chopped
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING:
1)On a medium grill or the stove or on a barbecue char grill the tomatoes and green peppers till they are well charred.
2)Take out and leave to cool on a baking tray and set aside.
3)Remove the skin from the peppers and chop finely. Make sure that you are wearing rubber gloves while chopping the peppers.
4)Chop the tomatoes and set aside in the food processor bowl. Chop the onions and set aside in the same bowl.
5)Roughly chop the entire bunch of cilantro, stem and all and place it in the food processor bowl.
6)Add the tomato juice and blend. Season the salsa with kosher salt and blend again.

SERVING:
7)Serve with your choice of recipes or snacks of your choice and enjoy!
