Mexican Style Franks
|Canned condensed chili beef soup||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Frankfurters||4 , cut in half lengthwise|
|Tortillas||8 (Canned / Frozen, Thawed)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine the chili beef soup, onion, 1/3 cup water, green pepper, and the bottled hot pepper sauce.
Place a frankfurter half on each tortilla; top each with 1 tablespoon of the chili soup mixture.
Roll the tortillas around frankfurters.
Arrange the tortillas, seam side down, in 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
Combine the remaining chili soup mixture, tomato sauce, and 1/4 cup water; pour over tortillas.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese and serve hot.
