Oven Baked Tortilla Chips With Homemade Salsa And Guacamole

Ingredients
For homemade salsa
  Roma tomatoes 6 , diced (Italian Plum)
  Yellow onion 1⁄2 Medium, diced
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , seeds removed and minced
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
For homemade guacamole
  Ripe avocados 3
  Tabasco sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Limes 2
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Homemade)
  Tortilla chips 18 Ounce (Two Bags)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Mix all the salsa ingredients together and set salsa aside.
Mash the avocados with a fork, then add the remaining guacamole ingredients.
You can also puree all the ingredients in a food processor if you prefer.
Place the tortilla chips on an ungreased baking sheet and heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
They will come out hot and crispy.
Place the salsa and guacamole in separate bowls.
Place the tortilla chips in a basket or bowl.
