|Corn on the cob/3/4 cup frozen corn||3 , cut off the cob|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
1 Put all ingredients in a blender container. Whirl until the ingredients are well blended. Lacking a blender, whip the cream, seasonings and eggs together and combine with the corn.
2 Butter a 1-quart baking dish, add the custard, and bake in a 350°F. oven for 40 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
