|Frozen mexican beef mix||1 Can (10 oz), Defrosted (1 Container)|
|Canned refried beans||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided|
|Shredded lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced black olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream/Salsa sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Prepare pastry shell.
Spread beans in prepared crust.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each cheese over beans.
Spread beef mix evenly over cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 6 to 10 minutes, or until heated and cheese melts, rotating dish 1 or 2 times.
Sprinkle with one or all of the toppings.
