Mexican Calabacitas

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Lean round steak 2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Zucchini 5 Medium
  Ears of fresh corn/2 cups whole-kernel corn, drained 3 , cut from the cob
  Chopped green chilies 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Mexican oregano 1 Dash
  Comino 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1 Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add round steak cubes and brown on all sides.
2 Slice zucchini into thin rounds and fry in the same pan until slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Add corn kernels, green chiles, garlic, salt and herbs, and cook together for about 10 minutes.
4 Add grated cheese and stir until it is melted.
