Cajun Chicken With Pawpaw Salsa

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken breast fillet 28 Ounce (4 Pieces, 200 Gram Or 7 Ounce Each)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Onion salt 1 Tablespoon
  Ground white pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Cracked black peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Dried mixed herbs 1 Tablespoon
For pawpaw salsa
  Pawpaw 1 Small, diced
  Cucumber 1 Small, diced
  Mint leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Natural yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Rub chicken with crushed garlic. Place onion salt, white pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and mixed herbs in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Rub spice mixture over chicken, place on an oiled baking tray and bake at 180°C / 350°F / Gas 4 for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Cover and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
3. To make salsa, place pawpaw, cucumber, mint, yogurt and lime juice in a bowl and mix to combine.
