Enjoy the great taste of the classic Mexican dish – Pico de Gallo. This is the perfect choice for a taste enhancer for your barbecue. Enjoy with your friends over for a great party.
Ingredients
  Plum tomatoes 3 , peeled, seeded and chopped
  Red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Jalapeno 1 Medium, seeded and minced
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lime 1⁄2 , juice extracted
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl add in the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
2. Mix and allow the flavors to combine for 30 minutes.

SERVING
3. Serve Pico de Gallo with fish tacos.
