Pasta With Salsa Dl Puttana

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Celery ribs 1 , minced
  Sweet red pepper 1 , minced
  Canned italian plum tomatoes 35 Ounce (1 Can, 2 Pound 3 Ounce, 4 1/2 Cups)
  Anchovies 8 , chopped
  Stuffed green olives 8 , sliced
  Pitted black olives 8 , sliced
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Dried red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Saute garlic, celery and sweet red pepper until soft.
Press tomatoes through a food mill and add to skillet along with anchovies.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in olives, capers, basil and dried red pepper.
Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
