How To Make Black Bean Salsa

This black bean salad recipe is the perfect choice to compliment your grilled fish, burgers or even barbecue chicken. A tasty tangy combination it lets you relish the flavors of each of the ingredients that go to make this a mouthwatering delight.
Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 , minced
  Fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Jalapeno 1 Medium, minced
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed
  Salt To Taste
  Lime zest 1
  Lime juice 1⁄2
  Orange zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 (pulp and juice extracted)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, add in the onion, cilantro, jalapeno, black beans, salt, lime zest, lime juice and orange zest.
2. Supreme the orange used for zest to remove the pith, and add to the onion mixture. Squeeze the juice from the orange into the bowl as well.
3. Mix all the ingredients to blend all the flavors.

SERVING
4. Serve Black Bean Salsa with tacos.
