Chile Colorado Con Carne De Puerco

Ingredients
  Lard 2 Tablespoon
  Lean pork 1 Pound, cut into small cubes
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red chile sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Ground mexican oregano 1 Dash
  Ground comino 1 Dash
Directions

1 Melt the lard in a heavy skillet, then add the pork cubes and fry until lightly browned.
2 Stir in the flour and salt. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
