Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
  Cooked black beans 15 Ounce (1 Can, 425 Gram)
  Smoked ham 2 Ounce (55 Gram)
  Red bell pepper 1 Small
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Jalapeno chile 1 Small
  Lime juice 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Minced cilantro 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced or pressed
  Dried mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Drain beans, rinse under cool running water, and drain again.
Dice ham; seed and dice bell pepper and onion.
Seed and mince chile.
In a large nonreactive bowl, combine beans, ham, bell pepper, onion, chile, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and mustard.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
