Cheese and Bacon Nachos
|Bacon rashers||6 , finely chopped|
|Spring onions||6 , finely chopped|
|Jalapeno chilies||4 , finely chopped|
|Corn chips||6 1⁄2 Ounce (200 Gram Packet)|
|Tasty cheese||4 Ounce, grated (125 Gram, Mature Cheddar)|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Cup Or 250 Gram)|
1. Cook bacon, spring onions and chilies in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
2. Place corn chips in a shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle with bacon mixture and cheese. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately, accompanied with sour cream for dipping.
