Cheese And Bacon Nachos

Ingredients
  Bacon rashers 6 , finely chopped
  Spring onions 6 , finely chopped
  Jalapeno chilies 4 , finely chopped
  Corn chips 6 1⁄2 Ounce (200 Gram Packet)
  Tasty cheese 4 Ounce, grated (125 Gram, Mature Cheddar)
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Cup Or 250 Gram)
Directions

1. Cook bacon, spring onions and chilies in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
2. Place corn chips in a shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle with bacon mixture and cheese. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately, accompanied with sour cream for dipping.
