Baked Mahi Mahi With Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
  Husked chopped tomatillos 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Finely Chopped)
  Seeded chopped yellow tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Finely Chopped)
  Minced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced fresh cilantro 3 Tablespoon
  Seeded minced jalapeno pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dark sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Mahi mahi fillets 16 Ounce (4 Fillets Of 4 Ounce Each)
  Olive oil flavored vegetable cooking spray 1
Directions

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly.
2. Combine lemon juice and sesame oil; brush evenly over both sides of fillets. Place fillets in an 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3. Transfer to a serving platter. Spoon tomatillo mixture over fillets. Serve immediately.
