Jiffy Tamale Chili

Ingredients
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Canned chili con carne with beans 1 Pound (1 Can, 2 Cups)
  Canned tamales 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded sharp process cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cook onion and green pepper in butter till tender but not brown.
Add chili.
Remove shucks from tamales; arrange spoke-fashion on top.
Cover and heat 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving.
