Ingredients
  Canned tomatillos 1 Pound, drained and roughly chopped (500 Gram)
  Fresh green chilies 3 Medium, seeded and chopped
  White onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Fresh coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon (Cilantro)
  Ground cumin 1 Pinch
Directions

Place tomatillos, chillies, onion, garlic, coriander (cilanto) and cumin in a food processor and process to finely chopped.
Chill.
