Perch Mexican Style

Ingredients
  Perch fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Soft butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon wedges 3
Directions

Wipe fillets with damp cloth and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Blend remaining ingredients except lemon wedges and spread on fish.
Bake in preheated very hot oven (450°F.) for about 25 minutes.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
