1. Prepare the infrared burner
2. Pour some olive oil in the aluminum pot and add the carne al pastor.
3. Place the pot on the burner and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Simmer until the meat is crispy and all the liquid is dried up.
5. Once done remove and warm the mini tortillas on a pan over the Infrared grill.
6. Once done place the tortillas on a serving plate and fill it with the carne al pastor.
7. Serve the carne al pastor along with warm tortillas.
