Sapothon Style Grilled Fajitas on the Solaire Infrared Portable Anywhere Grill

Ingredients
  Skirt steak 1 Pound
  Sour orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bbq sauce 12 Ounce (Pecos 83 Cook well and Company's)
  Salsa 2 Tablespoon (Chiles rojes, Trechas)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Marinate the skirt steak in sour orange juice and barbecue marinade for 30 minutes or more.
2. Prepare the infrared grill.

MAKING
3. Once the grill is ready, grill the skirt steak for 20 minutes on all side.
4. Once done remove and let it rest.
5. Warm up some tortillas on the grill.

SERVING
6. Serve the fajitas with tortillas and salsa.
