  Skirt steak 4 Pound
  Bbq sauce 12 Ounce (Pecos 83 Cook well and Company's)
  Tortillas 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the infrared grill.
2. Marinate the skirt steak with barbeque sauce in a marinate bag for 4-5 hours.

MAKING
3. After 5 hours grill the fajita steak for 25 minutes.
4. Once done remove and let it rest for few minutes.
5. Warm the tortillas.

SERVING
6. Serve the fajita steak along with the tortillas drizzle some hot sauce.
