Kahlua Style Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Spice island instant antiqua espresso 2 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Bourbon whiskey 1⁄4 Ounce
  Whole vanilla bean 1
Directions

Bring the sugar and water to a boil, stirring.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the instant coffee.
Allow to cool.
Pour into a gallon jug and add the bourbon and the vanilla bean.
Seal and let sit 1 month before serving.
