Kahlua Style Coffee Liqueur
|Sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Spice island instant antiqua espresso||2 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Bourbon whiskey||1⁄4 Ounce|
|Whole vanilla bean||1|
Bring the sugar and water to a boil, stirring.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the instant coffee.
Allow to cool.
Pour into a gallon jug and add the bourbon and the vanilla bean.
Seal and let sit 1 month before serving.
