Chile Con Queso

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Pound
  Green chilies 1 Can (10 oz), diced
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, finley minced
Directions

Use a double boiler.
Add all ingredients.
Heat while stirring constantly until smooth.
Serve warm.
This can be served as a dip with pork rinds or used as a sauce.
It's wonderful over scrambled eggs.
