|Finely chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Wide noodles||8 Ounce, uncooked|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
In heavy skillet, cook and stir sausage, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; simmer 30 min., or until noodles are tender.
(Add more water, if necessary.) Garnish with parsley, if desired.
