Liver Mexican Style

Ingredients
  Calf liver/Beef liver 2 Pound
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili peppers 2 , cut into strips
  Vegetable oil 2 2⁄3 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoon)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  6 inch tortillas 8 , toasted
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut liver into strips; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brown in nonstick skillet over moderately high heat for 6 minutes or until done to taste.
Transfer to serving bowl and toss immediately with chili peppers, oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
Divide evenly onto toasted tortillas.
