Liver Mexican Style
|Calf liver/Beef liver||2 Pound|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili peppers||2 , cut into strips|
|Vegetable oil||2 2⁄3 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoon)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|6 inch tortillas||8 , toasted|
Cut liver into strips; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brown in nonstick skillet over moderately high heat for 6 minutes or until done to taste.
Transfer to serving bowl and toss immediately with chili peppers, oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
Divide evenly onto toasted tortillas.
