Ingredients
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lime peel 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cherry tomatoes/Pear tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), quartered
  Scallions 3 , chopped
  Packed cilantro 2 Tablespoon (Use Fresh Ones)
  Minced jalapenos 1 Tablespoon (Wear Plastic Gloves When Handling)
Directions

In a large bowl, -whisk together the oil, vinegar, lime juice, lime peel, and sugar.
Add the tomatoes, scallions, cilantro, and chile pepper.
Toss to combine.
