Quick Breakfast Quesadillas
|8 inch flour tortillas||1|
|Shredded cheddar cheese/Shredded jack cheese / a mixture of both||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned green chili||1 Tablespoon, seeded and chopped|
Cover half the tortilla with cheese, to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Add green chile, if used.
Fold uncovered half of tortilla over cheese; place filled tortilla on a baking sheet.
Place in a preheated 450° oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla is lightly browned.
