Tomatoes can get expensive this time of the year so here is a really nice, quick and inexpensive recipe for salsa with canned tomatoes. Eat it within three days with chips, on tacos, tostadas or huevos rancheros. Enjoy!
1 Small, chopped
Canned diced tomatoes
14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
2 Clove (10 gm), minced
1 , seeded and diced
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Mix all of the vegetables and the cilantro in a bowl. Add the lime juice and oregano.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve with chips, tacos, tostadas or huevos rancheros. Enjoy!
