How to Make Huevos Rancheros

Huevos rancheros are a great addition to any brunch! They are incredibly delicious and pretty nutritious – lots of protein in the beans and eggs. All of these ingredients taste really good together. Give these a try. You will be pleasantly surprised!
Ingredients
  Corn tortilla 2
  Refried beans 14 1⁄2 Ounce, warmed
  Mexican 4 blend cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Fried egg 2 , sunny side up
  Salsa 4 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 2 Teaspoon
  Avocado 1⁄2 , diced
Directions

MAKING
1. On a gas stove, warm the tortillas, flip using tong.
2. Spread warmed re-fried beans on tortillas, top with shredded Mexican blend cheese, place the fried eggs and spoon some salsa onto the eggs.

SERVING
4. Garnish with avocado and sour cream, serve.
